Shipping will be added at checkout - domestic flat rate of $14.90
Shipping Days
All ordered will be shipped out within 2-3 business days of being received. Please allow 3-10 days for your item via Australia Post. You will be contacted via email with shipping updates and information. If you need your order urgently, please email or contact me via social media or email to arrange express postage. If you have made an order that includes a pre-order item, all items will be send out together once pre-order arrives.
With the current restrictions with COVID-19 please be patient.
These restrictions have also impacted how our Courier services deliver items. Most have imposed a no-contact policy which means they leave parcels in a safe place. If you are not sure you have a safe place please consider leaving a different postal address. Once a Courier service has advised that a parcel has been delivered the onus to replace any stolen or missing items does not fall on All things Neutral - However we will go to all lengths to support you in the unlikely circumstance your parcel does go missing.
If you are concerned about how long your parcel is taking, please use the tracking information provided to you via email/SMS as your first point of call.
Returns Policy
We check each item carefully before hand packaging it to you to ensure your items are in perfect condition (not faulty). Please keep in mind that all our items are hand made and as such will ALWAYS vary is size and colouring -this is what makes our items uniquely beautiful, so if you want cookie cutter, factory style homewares please do not purchase our items. We do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to you. If you have bought a sale or sample item your purchase is final. We do not provide refunds for change of mind so please choose carefully.
Don't love - exchange it Policy
We truly believe in the quality of our products and we are 100% committed to ensuring your shopping experience is the best as humanly possible, so..... if you don't love the colour of your blanket item contact us within 24 hours of receive it and return it within 5 days of receiving it and we will start the exchange process!!! How amazing is that?! However, the blanket needs to be returned at your own cost (reuse our mailer bag) and MUST be in its original, unused state. Once the item has been received by us we will inspect the condition and issue the exchange blanket or store credit once we are satisfied it is still in its original state . If it is clear the blanket has been damaged or used you will not be issued the exchange and will have the option of taking the blanket back at your own cost.
Faulty Items
If you believe the item you have received is faulty please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your order number, name and address and as many details as possible about the product and its fault. Please advise us within 7 days of receipt of the faulty item to allow us to resolve the matter quickly by arranging exchange, repair or refund.
